All services are provided for coaching and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee publication success, literary representation, sales success, or specific writing outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from this website.

By using this website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payments must be made through approved payment method.

If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client cancellations

  • Coaching sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a missed session and is non-refundable.

Coaching packages

  • Package purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If you choose to discontinue coaching early, unused sessions may, at our discretion, be partially refunded.

Our cancellations

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
    In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, worksheets, templates, downloads, videos, and coaching materials, is owned by or licensed to Pearl Pen Writer Coaching and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • reproduce

  • distribute

Your manuscript and work:

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in your writing, manuscript, ideas, and creative work.
